VIP NextGen Academy

Privacy

Last updated: August 30, 2026

This site is run by VIP NextGen Academy, based in Ontario, Canada. This page describes what information the site collects, what happens to it, and how to have it removed.

What this site collects

Nothing, unless you choose to send it. There are no accounts, no comments, and no tracking. This site uses no analytics software, no advertising code, and sets no cookies.

There are two forms, and both are optional:

The free ebook form. If you request one of the free ebooks, we ask for your email address so we can send it to you. Two optional questions — whether you're a parent, student, or educator, and a grade range — help us understand who finds the books useful. You can leave both blank.

When you submit the form, the download link appears on the page straight away, and your answers are emailed to VIP NextGen Academy so we know who's reading.

There is also a checkbox asking whether you'd like occasional free study resources by email. It starts unchecked, and you can get the ebook without checking it. If you do check it, every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.

The question form. If you send a question, we receive your name, the contact detail you provide (email or phone), and your message. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.

Students and parents

This site is written for parents. For students under 18, we recommend a parent's email address on any form. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children, and the site doesn't ask for student names, school records, or grades. Information about tutoring arrangements is handled privately between VIP NextGen Academy and the family, not through this website.

Booking a consultation

The booking section is provided by Cal.com. When you book, the information you enter — typically your name, email, and the time you picked — is collected by that service under its own privacy terms and shared with us so we know about the appointment. Booking is optional; you can call or use the question form instead.

Who processes this information

  • Web3Forms delivers what you send through the forms on this site. When you submit the question form or request an ebook, your answers pass through Web3Forms, which emails them to VIP NextGen Academy. web3forms.com/privacy
  • Google hosts the free ebooks on Drive (private links). If we link to our Google reviews, that link takes you to Google, governed by Google's terms. policies.google.com/privacy
  • Cal.com provides the booking calendar (also detailed in "Booking a consultation" above). cal.com/privacy
  • Netlify hosts this site. Like any web host, it automatically logs standard technical information for each visit — the requesting IP address, browser type, page requested, and time — used to serve and secure the site. Netlify operates servers outside Canada, so this technical information may be processed outside the country. netlify.com/privacy

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with anyone beyond the services above unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and emails are kept while they're useful for responding to you and for normal business record-keeping, then deleted. Server logs are retained by Netlify on its own schedule, which we don't control.

Having your information removed

Email vipnexgen1@gmail.com and ask. We'll delete what we hold about you and confirm when it's done. If something must be kept — a record tax rules require, for example — we'll tell you what and why.

You can also ask what information we hold about you.
