Vipul Sharma
Founder & Lead Educator
Before graduating with distinction with a Bachelor of Commerce: Business Technology Management, my academic journey looked very different. I once struggled at the bottom of my class and was even moved back from Grade 8 to Grade 6, an experience that challenged my confidence but ultimately shaped my purpose. Today, with over five years of teaching and mentorship experience, I have supported more than 100 students across Canada, helping them improve academically, secure internships and jobs during university, and confidently take their first steps into investing. Alongside my work in education, I have built professional experience working and consulting with some of Canada’s largest banks, corporations, and government organizations, allowing me to provide students with practical, real-world career guidance. My mission is to empower every student and young professional with the confidence, skills, and mindset needed to unlock their full potential and create a future they are proud of.

What Makes Our Tutoring Sessions Different
At VIP NextGen Academy, tutoring is about more than academics. We prepare students not only to succeed in school, but to thrive in real life by developing confidence, problem-solving abilities, and essential skills that traditional classrooms often overlook.
Entrepreneurship Basics
Students learn the foundations of entrepreneurship, from developing business ideas and basic planning to creating simple marketing materials such as posters and promotional content.
Understanding AI
Students explore artificial intelligence in a simple and fun way through fictional characters while learning the basic ideas behind how AI works.
Career Preparation
We introduce students to the basics of working life, including understanding jobs, the hiring process, and building skills like résumés and interview confidence.
Financial Literacy
Students learn practical money skills including budgeting, saving, and investing. We teach them how to manage allowance or earned income responsibly and build strong financial habits from an early age.
Time Management & Leadership Skills
Students learn how to plan, organize, and manage their time effectively across school, sports, extracurricular activities, and personal goals, helping them stay balanced and successfully complete projects both inside and outside the classroom.

Skills
Students learn how to set meaningful goals and develop long-term plans for academic and personal success. We encourage the use of agendas and daily planning habits to help students stay organized, track progress, and build consistency.
